While delivering faster services to their clients, Speedster needed to create greater efficiency within their own business. Through digital automation, we helped Speedster reduce onboarding costs by two thirds, while streamlining the process for their customers.

Website & Customer Onboarding

To deliver the efficiency that Speedster needed, we integrated over six systems into a single on-boarding platform via a re-designed website. While saving Speedster both time and money, the new site also offered a simplified and more user-friendly application process, using a simple, clean interface to convert new applicants.

The Cohorts understood the project brief immediately, and delivered a beautiful UX while managing several complex integrations, including business rules & data normalisation to our internal BI system. Their professional team worked tirelessly to deliver a robust digital product which streamlined our customer onboarding process, saving us lots of time and man power. Great result!
